The three stars are for the food, which was good, but the two missing stars are for the clueless delivery person. I watched online to see the progress of the order, and a couple of minutes after it had left the store I went outside to wait for it. The delivery person was just arriving, and the first thing he said was not "Hello" or "Here's your order", it was "I tried to call you." My cell phone shows no such call was placed. Then he asked, "So do you want us to come to this side door now?". My permanent instructions on the Domino's site say, "Come to side door." He had to search for a pen for me to sign the credit card receipt. I had ordered an individual pizza and some chicken - a small order, and it is a 2 minute drive - and gave him a $4 tip, and he just grabbed the receipt and drove off. I just wanted an easy dinner, and did NOT order a side of rudeness. I am ordering from Davanza's from now on.

their new recipe is quite good... like the sandwiches and pasta too... always consistent a good lunch choice for about $10 lunch is possible. I mostly order with their phone app, then pick up at the conveniently located store front.

This dominos is very poorly run and completely mismanaged. The staff act very poorly trained, especially when it comes to customer interactions at the pickup counter, where you are barely acknowledged and you feel that you are interrupting their cell phone time. In general there is a huge cast of poorly groomed guys(delivery) wandering around doing nothing, sb'ing and getting in the way. I ordered two thin crust pizzas through the tracker, waited til it said they were ready, went to the store and the pizzas has not even been started! After massive confusion, I saw my pizzas finally being starting and they rushed them through so fast that when i got them home ( four minute drive) they were already cold and the crust was so under-done that it was limp and we had to fold it over just to hold it and eat it. This was a terrible experience, the worst I've had at any restaurant or take-out anywhere and it is not the first such experience i have had at this store. Don't order 'double' anything, like double cheese or toppings. They will screw you and you won't even get a regular portion unless you complain to the manager loudly. Then you'll wait for a cold re-do. This store does not deserve to be a Dominos franchise. You WILL be disappointed, mark my words. Luz, find other work. Seems you might be good in health care. Dominos, find another franchisee! STAY AWAY!!

I can't speak for the pizza but the pasta bread bowls are very good. They are more bread than pasta (picture a pasta-topped pizza) but the bread part is good. I had the chicken alfredo. I ordered online and it was ready when my coworker picked it up and still hot when it got back to the office. Minus a star for skimping on the pasta.

Picture it: Park City, UT. Feb. 2008. Snowstorm. Three lovely young ladies exit the theater at 10:25 only to find that there is heavy snowfall and that they have missed their 9:45 dinner reservation. They are starving. After a treacherous drive back to the hotel on unfamiliar mountain roads, the ladies evaluate their rations: microwave popcorn, some raw veggies (for the sake of our story, we'll call them crudites), hot chocolate, and part of a Ritter Sport bar. It's nearly 11:00. What to do? Will anyone deliver at this hour?? in this weather?? Enter Domino's. They're still open! They'll deliver!! They were early!!! The three lovely ladies devoured the pizza. At the time, it tasted like the best pizza ever.

5 stars for bringing me pizza after 11pm in the middle of a snowstorm in under 30 minutes. Minus 2 stars since Domino's is pretty much 1 star pizza.
